Grand Opening day is the largest operational event of the year, welcoming thousands of students and families to campus. Move-in day is high-energy, fast-pace, and full of first impressions. Our visitors deserve to be guided clearly while still feeling welcomed.

For Grand Opening, I developed environmental elements such as feather flags and branded backdrops to shape the arrival experience, alongside directional signage and maps to support navigation and crowd flow across campus. These systems guide real-time decision-making while extending brand presence across open environments and key entry points. I prepare production-ready files for large-format print and fabrication, collaborating closely with vendors to ensure accuracy from concept through on-site execution. This approach ensures brand visibility and clarity at scale while supporting meaningful, high-impact experiences that inform, engage, and connect audiences.
